Varun is an army doctor who just broke up with his fiancee. Immediately after break up, he gets to know that his girlfriend's niece has been missing and starts a journey to find her out and in the process, he learns that she was kidnapped by a trafficking gang and kept alive in Goa along with other girls which is controlled by a resort owner called Terry (Vinay Rai). The rest of the story is how Varun along with his girlfriend and family save the girls from getting trafficked forms the crux

Chakaravarthy (Sivakarthikeyan) is born to a middle class family where he was always looked down by his father Ganesan (Samuthirakani) as he is an average student. As he grows up, the gap between them increases always keeping them at loggerheads. To find out his talent and potential without having to study, he starts staying in hostel at his engineering college controlled by a strict professor and disciplinary committee head (Bhoominathan). The crux of the story is whether Chakaravarthy was successful in discovering himself amidst all of this.
